Basic barbell is a small group fitness class in which beginners to advance participants will learn how to execute the Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Press. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides. You will be leaving class satisfied with the knowledge while increasing overall strength and progression.

Designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. This lower body intensive program separates the training days into multiple styles of exercise, so your body will always be guessing. Incorporates both H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) and weight training into the program to really target the lower body, specifically the buttocks. Jiu-Jitsu is a method of sef-defense fun class for the youth that teaches great discipline while building confidence. At House of Gyms we have a Jiu-Jitsu class tailored specifically for children. Your kids will learn life skills that they will carry into their adult life, while maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Our focus is towards helping your kids mental and physical development. Jiu-Jitsu is an art that emphasizes balance, strength and technique.
